Cancellation policy: 100% refund for cancelations made up until 28 days prior to the start date of the event. 50% refund for cancelations made up until 14 days prior to the start date of the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date will not be refunded under any circumstance, except for a change in governmental travel restrictions relating to Covid-19, in which case we either agree on an alternative date, or refund 100%.
