Looking at ‘Clearing’ aka, acceptance as a bridge from the past into the future. A future becoming free from a controlling, limited past.
Clearing is about a developed ability to notice what the body is experiencing, understand why this is so and become more objective about the feeling /emotion which then reduces the intensity of these feelings, eventually, with practice, freeing you from old, addictive patterns.
By practicing clearing your life will become easier, more in an effortless flow. Anxiety will slowly become a thing of the past and old ‘issues’ will cease to show up along your path.
